Gary Kreep is the president of the United States Justice Foundation a nationwide, non-profit, conservative legal action foundation.

The case regarding Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president (Keyes vs. Bowen) is set to go before the U.S. Supreme Court this Monday when they will be meeting in conference to determine whether they will be accepting it as a court. 4 justices are needed to agree to it.

Is there historical court precedent backing those who doubt Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president? Is the long-form birth certificate that President Obama has put forth merely a series of computer images? What will happen to all the directives and legislation that President Obama has signed if he’s found to be ineligible? These and other questions are answered as Jim and Gary analyze the facts on this edition of Crosstalk.
