Dan McGrath is the Executive Director of Minnesota Majority.

Dan explained that our republic can’t function properly if people don’t believe in the process. So as more and more voter fraud is exposed, it threatens to undermine our entire system of government and way of life.

Minnesota leads the nation in the number of voter fraud convictions so Dan is certainly in the thick of things as it pertains to this issue. Specifically, Minnesota has obtained 113 convictions for ineligible voters that participated in the 2008 elections and that number is continuing to rise. He estimated that there were over 2,000 people that voted while ineligible in Minnesota.

Does Minnesota’s situation represent just how bad voter fraud is throughout our nation? What means of fraud were utilized in the Minnesota cases? What is a provisional ballot? Is totally electronic voting better than the use of paper ballots with optical scanners? These questions and more are answered as Jim and Dan uncover what’s behind the increasing problem of voter fraud.
