Usama Dakdok is Egyptian born. He is the founder of The Straight Way of Grace Ministry and speaker on the program, “Revealing the Truth about Islam” heard daily at 12:30pm Central Time on the VCY America Network.

In comments before the Arab Forum on Asset Recovery, President Obama appeared to communicate that the U.S. supports activities that have people in the Middle East rising up in the name of spreading democracy. This dream of spreading democracy is something that Usama noted will remain just that…a dream.

Why does Usama feel democracy will remain a dream for the Middle East? Perhaps it’s because America’s approval of uprisings seems to be encouraging an increase in Muslim violence. For example, in the past 24 hours American embassies in Cairo, Egypt and Benghazi, Libya have been attacked allegedly because of a movie critical of Muhammad. This movie was produced by an Israeli/American filmmaker named Sam Bacile.

Usama believes the movie is an excuse. He claimed that when Muhammad is described as a child molester or a womanizer, it’s because this is the way Muslim religious books describe him. Usama noted that if Muslims are ashamed of this, “…maybe it is time for them to leave this wicked cult of Islam.”
