--Recently uncovered e-mail reveals that the talking points claiming that the Benghazi attack was due to reaction over an anti-Islamic video were allegedly fabricated to insulate President Obama from potential blame.

--Jay Carney says the e-mail on the talking points were not about Benghazi. They were about the general situation in the Muslim world.

--Speaker John Boehner announces a special committee to investigate and a key panel presents a subpoena to Secretary of State John Kerry to testify regarding Benghazi.

--House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa is also issuing a subpoena for John Kerry to testify before a committee on May 21 regarding Benghazi.

--White House continues to dodge questions regarding the whereabouts of President Obama during the Benghazi crisis.

--Louie Gohmert of Texas blasts Secretary of State John Kerry for saying that Jewish people of Israel are risking guilt for the crime of apartheid by not agreeing to Kerry's two-state solution.

--Obama's golfing trips cost taxpayers nearly 3 million dollars for flight expenses alone.

--Michelle Obama wrapped up her March China trip. One leg alone required about 900 room nights with an estimated cost of about $222,000 at current exchange rates.

--The White House disputes GOP report that only about two-thirds of Obamacare enrollees have paid their premiums.

--Louie Gohmert cites President Obama with intentional misconduct over veterans who have died while waiting for health care from Veterans Affairs.

--Alabama Supreme Court affirmed 8-1 that the word 'child' includes an unborn child.

--Local officials in Central Oregon upset that an energy plant is allegedly burning aborted babies from Canada to generate electricity.

--Senator Rand Paul says we're not changing any abortion laws until the nation is persuaded otherwise.

--The principal of Rocky Mountain High School in Fort Collins, Colorado, is facing criticism for allowing the reciting of an Arabic version of the Pledge of Allegiance that replaced the words, 'under God' with 'under Allah'.

--A Muslim man in Avondale, Arizona, believes Shariah law gives him the right to kill his wife.

--Subway has removed ham and bacon from nearly 200 of its U.K. stores to please their Muslim customers.

--While visiting Malaysia's national mosque last Sunday, President Obama was asked by the institution's Imam to end oppression against Muslims worldwide.

--The Washington, D.C., based American Humanists Association has filed suit against the words 'under God' in the Pledge of Allegiance.

--The city council of Louisville, Kentucky, has denied a request for funds to help Boy Scouts obtain merit badges because the group allegedly discriminates by refusing to allow homosexual males to act as scoutmasters.

--Vice President Joe Biden doesn't see any reason why President Obama shouldn't use his executive powers to ban workplace discrimination against LGBT employees of federal contractors. He did say that the better solution would be for Congress to pass the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA).

--A South Dakota lesbian couple together for 27 years married in Minnesota and when they return they will challenge the South Dakota ban on same-sex marriages.

--Former Executive Director of the Utah Republican Party, Ivan DuBois, urged fellow Republicans to support marriage equality and legislation to ban workplace discrimination against LGBT individuals in Utah.

--Millionaire homosexual activist vows to put 25 million dollars into targeting 5 states for political action over the next five years.

--A Connecticut judge sends a 16 year old gender confused male, deemed dangerous by the state, to a new female correctional institution.

--McDonald's is trying to stop differentiating between girl and boy toys in 'Happy Meals'.

--A decision by the U.S. Supreme Court means the federal government now has an open door to detain anyone viewed as a trouble-maker and a threat to national security.

--The Department of Homeland Security is soliciting bids for 25 million rounds of shotgun ammunition over the next 5 years.

--Colorado reports millions of dollars in taxes flowing in from marijuana sales. Problems exist with those who wish to take their marijuana stash across the border into Nebraska.
