–A 3 judge panel of the 9th Circuit Court affirmed a ban on anything that might
resemble prayer at board meetings in a Southern California school district.
–An Illinois school district has reportedly advised one of the nation’s most
conspicuous church/state separation groups that it has disallowed a local
Christian from distributing Bibles on a street near an elementary school and
told the man that the police would be called should he come on campus.
–28 states have joined together to file an amicus brief with the U.S. Supreme
Court to protect a 93 year old cross honoring WWI veterans, with the case having
broader implications for memorials nationwide.
–In an attempt to save on car insurance, a Canadian male legally changed his
gender to female resulting in almost $1,100 dollars in savings.
–A Michigan appeals court has ruled in favor of a former Planet Fitness customer.
–An explosion of red tide algae off the coast of Southwest Florida is killing
marine animals in record numbers.
–A fire tornado caused a wave of destruction in Redding, California.
–The chief of the United Nations says they are running out of money.
–Senator Rand Paul says he has reviewed the record of Judge Kavanaugh and has

–A poll released by the Susan B. Antony List finds that of those with an opinion,
58% of Americans want to see abortion policy decided by the people through their
elected representatives rather than by the Supreme Court.
–The Senate narrowly confirmed Britt Grant to the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of
Appeals despite attempts by abortion activists to block her.
–Planned Parenthood launched another campaign to fight pro-life politicians
and their work for unborn babies.
–The Trump administration continues to provide Planned Parenthood with Title X
grants according to a list of organizations receiving family planning funds.
–A Pennsylvania medical waste company has been hired by abortionclinics.org, a
late term abortion facility located in Bethesda, Maryland, after two other
companies canceled contracts to pick up the remains of aborted babies.
