A world shakeup is underway. Boris Johnson and numerous members of Parliament have resigned from office in England. Naftali Bennett has resigned as prime minister of Israel. The former prime minister of Japan, Shinzo Abe, was assassinated. Just hours ago in Sri Lanka, the president resigned, fleeing the country on a military plane as protesters stormed his office. Russia’s war against Ukraine is now in its 5th month. The Vatican recently announced that it has formally joined the Paris Climate Accords and President Biden has sent American oil reserves to China.
What’s going on here? Returning to Crosstalk to provide answers was Alex Newman. Alex is an award-winning international freelance journalist, author, researcher, educator and consultant. He is senior editor for The New American and contributes to other publications as well. He is author of Crimes of the Educators and Deep State: The Invisible Government Behind the Scenes. He’s Founder of Liberty Sentinel.
There are forces that would like to do some very unthinkable things such as giving the U.N. veto power over the U.S. Supreme Court. According to Alex, this is part of the goal of turning the U.N. into a type of world government that would have veto power over its member nations and policy decisions. In other words, the U.N. general assembly would become a sovereign parliament.
Alex noted that they move toward this goal in incremental steps. In the European Union he documented this process as it happened. A few years ago, the EU, through a very illegitimate treaty, was able to grant itself the power to veto the policies and budgets of nations. So under the guise of financial stability and security, the EU has now usurped the authority over national budgets. This is the model that they want at the global level.
Jim noted that some believe White House Director of the National Economic Council Brian Deese, is a shadow president. In response, Alex indicated that we have shadow government and that with no disrespect to the president or the office of the president, at this time it’s clear Biden isn’t running it as we can see from the fact that he can’t even read a teleprompter properly.
So who’s coming up with our policy decisions? Alex pointed to the Council on Foreign Relations and others that are abusing the president, using him as a puppet to read their preferred policies on national television.
Much more was covered including:
- What effect will the resignations of Boris Johnson in England and the president of Sri Lanka have?
- The war on farmers and the collapsing of the food supply.
- Russia/Ukraine and the shift from a uni-polar world order to a multi-polar world order.
- Why did President Biden send oil from our strategic reserves to China and other nations?
- Why did the Vatican join the Paris Climate Accords?
- Is there a path forward for getting back on track?
