- California is poised to end the era of gasoline powered cars. By 2035 all new cars, trucks and SUV’s are to be electric or hydrogen powered in that state. Ironically, their ISO division has warned that warm temperatures, not in 2035, but over the upcoming holiday weekend, will stress the power grid. If they can’t provide enough electricity now, how do they expect to provide enough for homes, businesses and vehicles in 2035?
