–Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is in North Korea and took along a CD of Elton

–A federal judge has tossed out a lawsuit alleging that President Trump’s
campaign and former advisor Roger Stone worked with Wikileaks.
–New York Mayor Bill de Blasio is calling for the abolition of the Immigration
and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
–Representative Louie Gohmert of Texas says the abolition of ICE means anarchy.
–In 2017, immigrants with criminal convictions accounted for 74% of all arrests
made by ICE.
–69% of respondents to a poll believe ICE should not be disbanded. 70% said ICE
should instead step up enforcement of immigration laws.
–The Trump administration is conducting DNA tests to reunite children separated
from their parents at the border.
–There was an 18% decrease in illegal immigrants traveling to the U.S. between
May and June due to President Trump’s zero-tolerance policy.
–Leftist wins Mexican presidential race.
–The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled that a professor had his free-speech rights
violated after suspending the professor over a blog post.
–Threats allegedly made against FCC Chairman Ajit Pai and Senator Rand Paul.
–A woman protesting immigration scaled the Statue of Liberty on the 4th of July.
–The Obama administration granted citizenship to 2,500 Iranians including family
members of government officials while negotiating the so-called Iran nuclear
deal.
–Iran’s foreign ministry is meeting with 5 foreign counterparts in Vienna in a
bid to preserve the 2015 nuclear deal.
–A Polish official, who responded to an attempt at politically correct shaming,
unabashedly told a British TV host that,’We will not receive even one Muslim
because that is what we promised.’
–A federal court has scheduled a hearing on a case alleging Muslim activists have
hijacked curriculum in San Diego’s public school system.
