Jim began by noting that never before, in the entire history of the U.S., have we seen the assault on moral values like we’re witnessing today.  Joining him to take a look at the latest examples of this assault was Peter LaBarbera.  Peter is a reporter for WND.com, a former reporter for the Washington Times, LifeSiteNews.com, and a former contributing editor for Human Events.  He is the founder and president of Americans for Truth.

News stories featured on this broadcast that highlight the direct assault on moral values included:

Parents of students at a high school are criticizing the administration after it allowed a drag queen performance during a mandatory multi-cultural assembly in front of hundreds of students in the school gym.

There’s concern about a shocking high school homework assignment in Eugene, Oregon, where the students were instructed to write a short story depicting a sexual fantasy.

A litany of transgender/sexual orientation/gender identity flags hung at the Sheboygan South (Wisconsin) High School library to support students and faculty in the LGBTQ community according to documents obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation.

A group known as Parents Defending Education has a list of schools with policies which state that in the interest of so-called privacy of the students, the school won’t reveal gender transitions.

Because a biological male was on the roster of an opposing team, a Vermont religious school forfeited a girls playoff basketball game.  The school has now been banned from all tournaments for any sport going forward in the state.

Tulane University is having “sex week” this week.  This involves comprehensive, queer inclusive, cultural specific, sex-positive sexual health events and conversations.

The attorney general from the state of New York is joining with other leaders in sponsoring a drag queen story hour on Sunday, March 19th, advertised for families and children.

These are the stories from just the first half hour of the program.  There’s more to consider, along with comments from listeners, on this edition of Crosstalk.
