was, “If you are in a vacuum and someone calls your name, can you hear it?”
He thought for a time and then asked, “Is it on or off?”
None of us live in a vacuum. We live with people. And doing God’s will involves being with people and encouraging them in the things of God.
To make the best use of your time, look for ways to establish relationships with others as you go through your day. For example, you might think it saves time to always pay for your gas at the pump with your credit card. But maybe you should go inside sometimes just so you can greet the cashier and hand out a Gospel tract or otherwise be a witness for the Lord.
Remember God’s will involves contact with people. Don’t live in a vacuum, get involved with others and redeem the time.
