Worst First

If you want to redeem the time eat a live frog in the morning. Here’s why.

Its called the principle of the worst first. We often waste time by procrastinating on a project because there is one part of that project we really dread. It may only be a small part, like making an unpleasant phone call, or asking someone for help. We will put off the entire project because we want to do the one part we dislike.

The way to avoid this is by doing the worst first. That allows us to be free to focus on the things God has called us to do without the unpleasant distraction of the dreaded item hanging over us. So, simply eat a live frog first thing in the morning and you will have a wonderful day because the worst thing you have to do all day is behind you.

The worst first! It’s a good way to redeem the time.
