Key Control

There are about 17 worthless old keys around your home and your workplace right now. And you have absolutely no clue as to what they would open. Some are for cars you sold, houses you used to live in and padlocks you’ve long since lost.

Invest some time today in purging your life of this little bit of useless clutter. Start by identifying every key that still fits something with a tag. A box of more tags than you will use the rest of your life sells at an office store for about two dollars. Once tagged, hang them up or file them away so you’ll be able to get them when you need them.

Then throw away all those keys that have been in the junk drawer for years. Finally, put a spare car door key in your wallet or purse. That’s one extra key that could save you lots of time and money when you’re locked out.

Controlling clutter and getting organized are useful keys to redeeming the time.
